Bachelor's with 10+ years' experience in information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing M365 Cloud and related on-premises services (AD, AzureAD Connect, Exchange, Teams, OneDrvie, etc). Provide after hours on-call support in support of day to day operations. Troubleshoot and resolve varying levels of technical issues. Provide hands-on support of Office 365 technologies. Collaborate with team members and colleagues to analyze information, define and prioritize requirements, evaluate potential solutions, supply recommendations to stakeholders, and deliver meaningful products. Design, plan, develop, and implement solutions within the Microsoft Office 365 portfolio primarily but not limited to SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Automate/Flow, and Power Apps. Help drive the continued adoption of Microsoft Office 365, Power Platform, and Modern workplace technologies. You will primarily support for Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive, Power Platform, and related Microsoft platform systems.
